Agency per-client pricing: which tool to pick?

No vendor we checked publishes a price for an extra client brand. Peec AI and Otterly.AI charge by prompt volume, Profound and Scrunch AI bundle a flat entry tier, and Reflexa's Growth plan stays flat at $149/month with sites not counted. Ask whether your tenth client costs the same as your first.

In brief

This is the agency pricing companion to the best AI visibility tools for marketing agencies, which covers what each tool actually shows, not just what it costs.

Why doesn't any AI visibility tool publish per-client pricing?

Because the published entry price assumes one brand and a capped prompt set, not ten. In our own check of the seven vendors compared on the agency shortlist, none publishes a visible "per additional brand" or agency line item on its own pricing page (our check, September 2026). The moment an account needs a second brand, the conversation moves off the pricing page and into a sales call, priced instead around seats, prompts or a bundled tier.

Bottom line: "per client" is rarely a line item. It is usually a quote built from the seat, prompt and engine pricing every vendor already publishes.

Which tools charge per seat, per prompt, or a flat bundle instead of per brand?

Most of the field prices by prompt volume or a flat bundle, and leaves seats mostly unlimited. Peec AI's entry plan is reported at about $95/month for 50 prompts across three of six models, with unlimited seats and a no-card trial. Otterly.AI's Lite plan is reported at $29/month for 15 prompts across four engines, also with unlimited members. Profound's self-serve entry is reported at about $99/month, with a $399/month Growth tier and enterprise by quote once volume or brand count grows. Semrush AI Toolkit is a roughly $99/month add-on on top of an existing Semrush subscription, not a brand-count price. Ahrefs Brand Radar sells its six AI indexes per platform, about $199 each or $699 for all six, which behaves like a per-index price, not a per-client one. Scrunch AI bundles six tracked engines into one entry tier reported at about $250/month.

Figures above are as published or as independently reported in our own AI visibility tools ranking and mid-market pricing check, October 2026; vendors change plans often, confirm on each vendor's own pricing page before you budget around it.

What would ten client brands actually cost with each model?

Likely deep into enterprise, quote-only territory for most of the field. Our own mid-market read puts a self-serve plan at roughly $49-$199/month for one brand, a mid-market account at $300-$1,000+/month once a second brand or more seats stack on, and enterprise above that by quote once many brands or a security review are involved (our mid-market cost check, October 2026). Ten brands is squarely an enterprise conversation for a vendor that prices per prompt set or per seat, because each client domain typically needs its own prompt set run against every engine.

Rule of thumb: before switching, ask a finalist to quote your exact brand count, not the headline entry price; a $95 entry tier and a $950 real bill for ten clients are the same product at two different sizes.

Does any vendor offer white-label reporting for agencies?

Not that we could confirm from a vendor's own page. Reflexa's own answer, stated plainly on reflexatechnologies.com/for/agencies: "not today." The dashboard stays Reflexa's; what an agency hands a client is the work itself, the exact words published and the AI visits counted, not a rebranded dashboard. If white-label branding is a hard requirement, confirm it directly with each vendor before signing, since none of the seven we checked publishes it on their pricing page either.

What does Reflexa's Growth plan actually include for an agency?

A flat $149/month, with each client site running its own agent, token and memory, and sites not counted individually. Data never crosses between client domains: each token only counts events served from its own site (reflexatechnologies.com/for/agencies, October 2026). Growth buys five times the usage of the $49/month Starter plan, and an agency's tenth client site adds no surcharge on top of the first. The honest limits: no white-label dashboard today, and each client site still needs its own install, usually a one-time plugin or middleware step, before the agent can start working on it.

What should an agency ask before switching tools?

Whether the price actually changes with brand count, and whether "unlimited seats" really means unlimited. Our fuller list of vendor questions, including this one, is in what to ask a vendor before buying an AI visibility tool. Get the per-brand, per-seat and per-prompt answer in writing before you sign a multi-client contract, not inferred from the public pricing page.

Frequently asked questions

Do any AI visibility tools publish per-client-brand pricing?

No vendor we checked publishes a per-additional-brand price on its own pricing page (our check, October 2026); every agency price we found is by quote, prompt volume or a bundled tier instead.

Which tools price by seat or prompt instead of by client brand?

Peec AI charges about $95/month for 50 prompts with unlimited seats, and Otterly.AI's Lite plan is about $29/month for 15 prompts with unlimited members; neither multiplies by the number of client brands you track.

What would Reflexa charge an agency running ten client sites?

A flat $149/month on the Growth plan, with sites not counted individually, so a tenth client site costs the same as the first.

Can I get a white-label report from any of these tools?

Not that we could confirm from a vendor's own page. Reflexa's own answer is "not today": the dashboard stays Reflexa's, and what you hand a client is the work itself and the findings behind it.

What should I ask a vendor before switching for per-client pricing?

Ask whether the price changes by brand count, whether seats are really unlimited, and get the answer in writing rather than inferring it from the public pricing page.
